Gold Pricing Policy: Precious metal pricing will be calculated based on the international gold market rate.

Upon confirming your requirements, 50% of the initial estimate must be paid as a deposit before design drafting begins. If you decide not to proceed after the design draft is provided, the deposit is non-refundable.

Upon receiving the design draft, revisions are limited to minor adjustments of dimensions and stone placement; style changes are not accepted.

Size & Fitting Policy: Product sizing and ring size must be precisely provided and finalized at this design confirmation stage.

The final official quotation will be calculated based on the international gold rate of the day confirmation is made. Clients must pay the full balance prior to finalizing the design and initiating production. Once confirmed and production begins, cancellations are not accepted, and all fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

Please allow approximately 4 to 8 weeks for your bespoke piece to be handcrafted (the timeline depends on the complexity of the design).

Setting Risk Notice: Jewelry setting inherently carries the objective risk of natural gemstones cracking due to metal stress; this risk must be borne by the client.

Communication and stone selection will be conducted entirely through WhatsApp text messages. The aforementioned process, payment terms, gold pricing calculation, design revision scope, sizing policies, and risk terms apply equally.

設計圖確認時，將依確認做貨當天的國際金價計算，提供正式最終報價。客人需在確認圖檔並安排製作前付清全數款項。一經確認並開始製作，恕不接受終止製作，所有已付費用概不退還。

鑲嵌風險提醒：珠寶鑲嵌工藝存在天然寶石因應力破裂之客觀風險，此風險需由客人自行承擔。
